Tenders is an advertising system where, as a registered institution, you can post tender documentation for suppliers to download and complete.

In turn, suppliers also register on the system via an automated process, and flag up the products and services they are interested in supplying. If these match the supply areas you have posted, they will receive an automated email alerting them that your tender might be of interest.

For this reason, more and more companies are registering with the site, which means that your tender will be advertised to a larger community of competing suppliers.

Please note, however, that Tenders is not currently a full e-tendering system. While suppliers can download tender information, they cannot upload responses into the system.
