GeM Duplicate suppliers

Jisc Procureweb have worked in partnership with @UK and the
Supplier Adoption team to remove duplicate suppliers from GeM. To
date we have removed in excess of 30 duplicates and would like to
remind contract managers for the need to check GeM for existing
suppliers before adding new ones to the system
